I’m terrible at blogging, but as I’m about to begin this journey, I feel I need an outlet to talk about things as they come up. Initially, there will probably not be much here as I tend to start blogs private so I don’t look like a tool when I start not writing again đŸ™‚

The title of the blog comes from the fact that to get down to a ‘healthy’ weight with a BMI of 25, I need to get down to about 160 pounds. That means losing 155, or the weight of a whole person.
